An honest, efficient shop is hard to come by. I've gone to E P for five years now, and have been consistently impressed with their top-notch repairs and their integrity. They've been honest with me when repair work was NOT needed, a rare thing in the industry. Highest respect for Eric and his team at E P Auto.

Being raised around mechanics my near 50 years, this is the ONE shop that I take my vehicles to when I have a problem, Honest as the day is long is a long ago lost concept, but these guys live it.

You will not find a better shop who you can count on to have the work done quickly and correctly. I have used them as my only mechanic 4 going on 11 years. Prices are right on I have felt, and they are the most honest I have ever met. You will not be disappointed.

We took it in to get one thing fixed, which they did for a ridiculous amount, then returned it to us. Something that wasn't broken before now was and they refused to admit fault. This should be unacceptable, but you hear about it all the time and apparently Eric at this establishment is no exception.

They seem honest and fair but they are a pain to deal with. Just poor customer service. Talking to them makes you feel like you are a huge nuisance and they don't really care to explain things.
