Great service, honest mechanics, and good rates. My family has been coming here for a long time. Eric and staff have always treated us well and done great work. I brought my car in for a tune up. It didn't need the tune up but they diagnosed the rear brake problem I was having and fixed it. I appreciated their phone call telling me what they needed to fix and the price it would be. I will always bring my car to them.

They were very good at communicating how long it would take to look at our car, order parts and repair it. They are very busy. So, we couldn’t get in right away, but once they had it, they were very prompt. Good customer service. They came highly recommended.

I've been going to EP Auto for approx. 20 yrs you can't beat there service or price. This is a no sense get r done mechanic shop. I have recommended a dozen people or so over the years to this shop. This business I could send my wife to and know she would be treated honest and fair.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough! We've been taking our cars to them for many years. They do a great job, go above and beyond, work quickly, and are very honest and fair. When we first found EP, I called around to compare quotes to fix our car the first few times we needed a repair and EP always came in lowest. Beyond that, they always work hard to squeeze us in and get the work done quick. We feel like they are honest and not recommending work that is not needed. And there have been several times where they have been more than fair and very helpful and generous in the work they have done - thrown in a little extra without charge, etc. We love EP and have come from car trouble in Salt Lake County a couple of times to make sure our car got fixed there. These guys are the very best! We have been taking our cars to EP Auto for several years now and trust them almost implicitly. We have been so impressed with their friendly service, honesty, and quality work that even when we moved up to Draper for a year or two we would still drive down to Orem any time we needed car repairs. Our latest car problem happened just a week ago as we were driving from Santaquin to Provo. Our alternator gave out as we were passing through Payson. We found it was cheaper to have it towed from Payson to Orem and have Eric and his team work on it than it would have been to have the mechanic just down the road from where it broke down do the work. They are very busy and prefer to work by appointment, but even with drop-ins they are very fast. Our car was totally fixed in less than 24 hours despite not having an appointment.
