I always leave EP Auto feeling totally confident that the work they have done is what my vehicle needed and aren't continually harangued to do additional work I had no idea of the need or relevance.

It's nice to find a mechanic that actually knows what they are doing and at a reasonable price.

They were so friendly, our car was in and out in record time for an alternator replacement and they charged less than we were quoted. I've sent anybody who asks for good shop suggestions here. Great, honest people.

Extremely knowledgeable and saved me a ton of money because they were able to fix issues with my vehicle's turbo that another shop thought was too far gone and needed to be replaced (saved me $1,700 right there). Honest and they get the job done, even sooner than expected.

We bought a used car in Orem, but needed a local mechanic to check it out before pulling the trigger. I had a mechanic who I liked during my BYU days a while back, but they were too busy, so I asked them for a recommendation of who would be good and honest. Immediately they recommended EP Auto. Now I know why. It was like having a super helpful grandfather who happens to be a mechanic. He was busy too, but still he squeezed us in, looked it over, and helped us to feel good about our purchase. And then he didn't even charge us! Now I wish that I lived near Orem just to give this guy some of my money because he was just so darn nice. Thank you so much!
