EP has been our TRUSTED mechanic for 25 years. When we first moved to Utah, we tried many mechanics and the experience ended with a joke among friends that EVERY repair ends up costing at least $300. Then, we found EP. Most of our cars at that time needed TLC. As we were just getting on our feet and had some lean years. EP always took great care of us. Always doing what needed to be safe, but never adding unnecessary expenses. We have since moved to Oregon. We found a mechanic that did not add extras, but nor was there foresight into prevention and safety. He retired. We have tried a few places that got good reviews, but they were prohibitively expensive. When we came to visit our son in Utah, we knew we needed major items. It was time for the timing belt to be changed before it broke and did damage. My brother is a mechanic in NY. We knew when you replace the timing belt that it is most cost effective to change the water pump at that time too. We knew the break rotors were warped and needed replacement. The tie rod was rusted and inflexible. An accident waiting to happen. Val online had messed up our glove box when replacing a cabin filter. Needless to say, we had hefty repairs and we had NO HESITATION that Eric and EP could be trusted and would do right by us. The car was a dream to drive when they finished. Even though these were about the most expensive repairs a car can need, we feel certain that they would have cost more elsewhere and we could not of had as much faith in the work. It took less than a day to get our vehicle back. Our only regret… we forgot to tell them to look at the back passenger door that is not working properly. We will take care of that on our next visit. Because they are great, getting in to them can be a wait. But, when they are done you can be assured you and your loved ones are safe and that you didn’t over pay for the service. Thank you EP for 25 years of taking good care of us!
