Orem Auto Repair

Normally I really like EP Auto, but this time it felt a bit like too many cooks in the kitchen- not communicating clearly with me or each other. The problem I needed solved wasn’t fixed, either. Granted, it comes and goes, so I respect the fact that they didn’t experience the issue in the short time it was there. Anyway, I hope next time is better. They’ve always felt very honest and generous in the past.

Fantastic place they did a quick and affordable repair on my van and recharged the refrigerant even when it’s far to change the O-rings on the high and low lines. Very satisfied and I will be back.

Outstanding service!!!! Dealership said I needed $3k worth of maintenance. Went to EP Auto for second opinion. Left after $500 of suggested maintenance. Thorough diagnosis and fast service. I’ll take all my cars there from now on.

They were able to figure out what was going on with my car and gave me a good price to fix it up, they even helped me with emissions which was a bonus. I plan to return if I have any other problems with my car in the near future. 💯
