I recently went to get my wife’s car fixed—it’s an old 2001 BW Beetle, so plenty of things were either broken or needed preventative maintenance. EP Auto was super transparent early on about the timeline, cost of parts and cost of labor. After a day in the shop, they called me and said that another part was needed that they had to order from out of state and it would cost $X more, but that they wouldn’t charge me for labor on that part because it was in the same area as work they were already doing. They were great at communicating throughout the whole process and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I’m not a “car guy”, so I’m always nervous going to a mechanic because I don’t know enough about what they’re doing or what work is necessary. But with EP Auto, I felt comfortable with everything they told me and they seemed very trustworthy. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car!
