Took my truck in for new struts. Steve at the desk said they didn't notice that I had a lift, even though, by his own admission, their own mechanic told them I did have a lift. They tossed out my lift kit, and ordered the wrong struts, causing my tires to rub. They then tried selling me a new lift kit.. Naturally I said I didn't want to pay for their mistake/oversight. Steve said he would call me back after talking to his mechanic. Upon the call back they said they'd charge me cost for the new leveling kit and give me a discount on the labor. I felt like I had no other option, as I needed my truck back asap. Overall the work they did when it was all said and done, was done well. They were very friendly and honestly, gave me good advice. It was just unfortunate that they didn't own their mistake, which ended up costing me extra money and time. *Doing what's right is how you make a customer for life. I went back in to get a kit so my tires wouldn't rub anymore, Eric got me in, put a bigger leveling kit on and my trucks better than ever AND he did not charge me a dime. Mind you this is a year later. I love supporting local companies which is why I came back to them. I can't thank Eric enough. You're a dying breed.
