I was told by a major car service franchise that a fix on my vehicle would be over $400. The worker at this franchise tried to make me believe that my car could literally explode at any moment if I don’t get this issue fixed right away. I knew that wasn’t true (even though I don’t know that much about cars), I went to EP auto repair and not only was the staff so friendly, the price was less than half the price of what the major car franchise quoted me. Not only that, the workers took me back to show me what they were fixing and how they were going to fix it. I will only go to EP auto repair now.

These guys are the best. Honest and thorough. I asked them to look at three potential issues in my truck, in addition to the alignment. They looked into all three, made a minor adjustment for one and told me the others were not issues. No additional charges added to the bill. So refreshing.

My parents started using EP years ago, and when I moved to Utah County, they became my mechanic. I not only use them personally, but I take my fleet vehicles to them for any auto repairs needed. It would take too long to express all of the benefits and positive reasons I am a loyal customer. Not only are they reasonably priced, honest about the work they do, but I can’t recall ever having to take a vehicle back for the same problem. When they fix it, it’s done.

Honest, reliable, and fast. We've been using EP since our regular mechanic moved out of state. We've been very happy with their services and turnaround time, which usually same day or a couple days at most. Most recently, we had our alternator go bad on us. EP had a 2 week wait on their appointment calendar. My wife had taken our car to the rec center and we could not get it started after that. We had it towed to EP. They confirmed the issue the next morning and we had the car back by that afternoon.
