Eric is amazing. I have been a customer for years. I have never once gotten a bill I thought was excessive. They are always smaller than I would think they should be. My jeep was running like crap for a month. I took it in and they fixed it for 12$. Not 1200$. Not even 120$. Like most shops would do. No big crazy diagnosis fees. Just honest guys. 12$. 12$. Seriously.

We brought our car in because we thought we had an oil leak. EP said they didn't see anything wrong and it was completely fine. I took a look at the oil level myself after I picked it up from them and it was absolutely dry. I took it to Valvoline who told me the filter cap was hardly screwed on and it had been leaking oil the entire week or so prior. Reality is we didn't have a leak until right after we picked up the vehicle from EP after they put on new brakes and rotors on the front of our vehicle. We had to bring our car back in the day after they worked on the brakes because they had something else they didn't put back on right that was causing a terrible sound on the front of the car. Not a good experience. Very unfriendly associate at the front when I came in all 3 times as well...
